       in the Ice Age pavilion parking lot

Ford does randomly verify information so forms need to be correct

One test driver per family - more may drive but only one per household counts

An employee must ride with the test driver

Driver must be 18 years old

The form must be filled out completely - including driver's license

One Garmin GPS will be randomly drawn by Ford amongst all the test driver's
      along with one iPod drawing per 100 drivers

With each test drive, a $20 donation from Ford will be made to the
      Rib Lake Athletic Booster Club [RLABC].
